Open Question: Do I have arthritis??????

I have in my lower back pain, which is basically around the sharp .. about 3 years .. it comes and goes .., when it exists, is almost like a burning pain, I have to bend back, so that it feel a little better, but it still hurt like a mother to a very annoying stupid .. I also feel neck pain, feeling like a little stiff and I had it some of the ways to break it .. but it is very uncomfortable, annoying?.
