Open Question: my fingertips ache when i type/shave. i had CT surgery to no avail. very painful! any suggestions?

I looked up and tendinitis, lupus erythematosus, Fybromialga (bacteria), arthritis, Renault, repetitive, and many other things, but did not fit my description. The strange thing is, if I time my nails, pain decreased from 8 (1-10 grade) to 7. Not much, but when you have severe pain, any help. I have been experiencing over the past four years, it has become increasingly worse, although I seem to have reached a cliff. I've been testing arthritis (negative), Renault (Nande), if the surgery Brigade (no work), there are nerve conduction studies (NEG), and neck MRI – is sent to a neurosurgeon, but the I do not buy me anything wrong, will only affect my fingertips.
